The pattern includes nupps and stitch “k5sts tog into 5sts”. Here is the explanation how to do it:

Nupp - knit into one stitch, leaving it on the left-hand needle, * yarn over, knit into original stitch again*, repeat from * to * two more times - five stitches from one. Purl all 5 stitches together on the following row.

k5sts tog into 5sts - knit into 5 stitches together knitwise, leaving them on the left-hand needle, * yarn over, knit into original stitch again*, repeat from * to * two more times - five stitches from five. Purl all 5 stitches separately on the following row.

The scarf Florence can be knitted with different yarn weights - lace, light fingering and fingering - and can be expanded into a stole or transformed into a square shawl.

And it's very important to follow these instructions to finish the project:
Soak the scarf in cool water with shampoo, then rinse. Squeeze gently - do no wring/twist. Block the scarf by stretching and pinning it to shape, pulling the fabric at the both ends of the scarf, forming pointy shape if desired. Allow it to dry completely in blocked position, then unpin and enjoy!

I hope you enjoy it!
